(1)Industry Category:Ocean Acoustics
(2)Required Technical Know-how:Maritime aviation accident investigation, underwater detection, and localization
(3)Required Machinery and Equipment:Towed hydrophone array (at least 2 channels)
(4)Required Research or Technical Staff:Researchers specializing in ocean engineering and acoustics
(5)Other Requirements:The university's regulations relevant to technology transfer shall be complied with for matters not aforementioned.

5、Announcement period:The prospective licensee is preferably an entity with experience in open-sea acoustic measurements and system integration, and with familiarity in underwater acoustic data acquisition, signal processing, and localization analysis workflows. Capability in operating towed underwater acoustic sensing systems, conducting offshore testing activities, and translating research outcomes into practical applications or commercialized systems would further facilitate subsequent deployment and application of the technology.
