3、Enterprise Eligibility：

(1)Industry Category：Water treatment engineering, including industrial wastewater and municipal wastewater treatment; Environmental engineering consulting firms; Industries related to resource recovery and water reclamation.

(2)Required Technical Know-how：Wastewater treatment and purification; Water recovery and reuse; Concentration of valuable resources.

(3)Required Machinery and Equipment：Basic water quality analytical instruments, including pH meters, conductivity meters, and ion chromatography systems; Membrane-based treatment systems; Fluid transport and control equipment, including pumps and flow-control systems.

(4)Required Research or Technical Staff：Engineers with backgrounds in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or related disciplines; personnel with experience in the operation or design of water treatment systems; and personnel with expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and process optimization.
