The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is currently accepting applications for the above program of the year 2026. To apply, please follow the application procedures below:

(1) Online Application: Principal investigators must complete the online application process on the NSTC website by 10:00 am on December 31, 2025 (Wednesday).

(2) Department/Institute Confirmation: Each executive department or institute is responsible for verifying the applications on the NSTC website and compiling a list of applicants. This list shall be sent to the respective colleges after the heads of the executive department or institute have affixed their signatures or seals.

(3) List Submission: By 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, the colleges are required to scan and email the compiled lists that have been approved by the deans to the handlers of the Division of Research Project Affairs (RPA).

Please keep in mind the submission deadline coincides with the New Year holiday. Therefore, we strongly advise you to begin the application procedure as soon as possible to allow enough time for it to be completed.

Also, please be aware that once the online and paper applications have been confirmed, and authorized by the chair and dean of the executive department/institute, no extensions will be granted for late or incomplete applications, in order to facilitate the University's compilation and submission of the registers as scheduled.
