Pursuant to the Agreement on Scientific and Technological Cooperation signed between the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) of Poland, a joint call for proposals for the aforementioned project is hereby issued.

The areas of cooperation for this call for proposals are, in principle, the following eight:

I. Energy efficiency technologies, including air-conditioning, refrigeration, thermal energy technologies

II. Materials science and engineering

III. Smart Vehicle, including AI and electromobility

IV. Quantum technology and Cybersecurity

V. Aviation and Space research

VI. Semiconductors

VII. Marine Science and Technology

VIII. Biotechnology

Project Types: 

This call for proposals seeks the following two types of projects:

i. International Collaborative Research Project

ii. International Cooperation Link “Legal Person” Project

Prospective applicants shall adhere to the following steps:

(1) Complete the online application on NSTC's website.

(2) Download the “NTU Application Form for NSTC Grant for the International Cooperative Project.”

(3)  After acquiring the signatures or seals of the head and dean of the executive department/institute, please email the finalized form to the Division of Research Project Affairs (RPA).

The submission deadline is by 17:00 on Friday, June 26, 2026.

Please simultaneously submit your online application through the NSTC system prior to the aforementioned internal application deadline, to enable the university to compile the list and forward it to the NSTC in due time.
