Position Summary

1. Facilitate startup incubation or enterprise transformation with government resources according to the University's policy 

2. Solicit applications for NTUIIC and conduct assessment and review of the applications 

3. Provide consultation to enterprises in the biotechnology industry on affairs such as resource import, matching of funds and startup technology, business management support, and government R&D resource application.  

4. Manage verification laboratory at the incubation site and plan & build the environment for trial production

A. Provide consultation to enterprises in the electronics, information, and service industries on affairs such as resource import, matching of funds and startup technology, business management support, and government R&D resource application

B. Update and maintain the NTUIIC website, establish and maintain different information systems in the incubation site, and provide software and hardware planning

C. Facilitate the signing of incubation contracts, manage contract fulfillment, etc.

D. Handle incubation-related administrative affairs

2. Property management of the Incubation Center and public equipment procurement, operation, maintenance, and abnormality handling in the incubation sites

3. Person-in-charge of environmental safety and hygiene as well as regular fire safety and building safety inspections

4. Rental management of public space and equipment; building access control management
