A. This announcement is made in accordance with the official document (code: 科部科字第1100068369號) of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) dated 2021/11/11.

B. Introduction

(1) This project has been conceived to encourage R&D teams in Taiwan to participate actively in EU-sponsored large-scale research and innovation projects (such as H2020/Horizon Europe, AAL, LIFE Program and Copernicus Programme), as well as to boost the country's innovative and R&D capacity and expand its global academic horizons. Please refer to the online announcement of the official Call for Proposals for authoritative information.

(2) Applicants from Taiwan must meet the eligibility requirements specified by MOST.

(3) A principal investigator may implement at most two MOST-sanctioned bilateral joint international cooperation programs.

(4) If it is necessary to allocate budget for administrative expenses, please refer to the relevant MOST procedure.

C. Application instructions

(1) Please submit the application by Monday, 2022/1/17 17:00 (CET) in compliance with relevant regulations. If approved by the EU, the applicant may apply to MOST for the Joint Call projects, which are international cooperation projects based on bilateral agreements and accepted on a rolling basis, in accordance with MOST regulations.

(2) Please download the MOST International Cooperation Project Application Form for NTU from the ORD website. Submit the completed form to the ORD Division of Strategic Planning by the NTU deadline.
