A. This announcement is made in accordance with the official document (code: 科部科字第1110000081號) of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) dated 2022/1/3.
B. Introduction
(1) The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Russian Science Foundation (RSF) in 2015 to foster the development of academic research in Taiwan and to promote bilateral academic exchange and development.

(3) Qualifications of principal investigators from Taiwan: Only principal investigators currently implementing MOST-funded research-category projects are eligible. The projects referred to in the preceding do not include the planning of promotion projects, international cooperation projects under bilateral agreements, or industrial-academic cooperation projects. These projects should be relevant to the research topics of the proposed international cooperation projects.
(4) If it is necessary to allocate budget for administrative expenses, please refer to the relevant MOST procedure.
C. Application instructions and deadline applicable to NTU
(1) Please be sure to log in to the MOST Research Personnel Portal, complete the form and upload all required documents in both English and Chinese by Wednesday,2022/4/20. As required by MOST regulations, make sure that the uploaded documents are consolidated into a single file and then notify by telephone the contact person at the Office of Research and Development (ORD), which is responsible for tabulating and forwarding all received applications to MOST. Please note that no late applications will be accepted.
(2) Please download the MOST International Cooperation Project Application Form for NTU from the ORD website. Submit the completed form to the ORD Division of Strategic Planning by the NTU deadline.
