The University Academic Alliance in Taiwan (UAAT), in accordance with the guidelines and regulations set by the Ministry of Education, selects specific fields within the scope of signed Memorandums of Understanding to promote research and talent cultivation programs, aiming to attract outstanding international scholars and foreign students to Taiwan through bilateral international academic collaboration and exchanges.

The UAAT Collaboration Projects are open to its member universities (see Attachment). The implementation period is scheduled for December 2025 through November 2026. Details of the 2025 open call are as follows:
