1. "NTU Application for Seal and Project Proposal Submission for Participating in Research Project Tender Submission", "Sponsored Projects Application Form", and other relevant attachments should be submitted by NTU Electronic Document Management System (NTU EDMS) for approval, to improve administrative efficiency, avoid physical contact. Here are the official documents for submitting application forms by digital delivery, and please follow the procedure instructions as written:

   2. Template for submitting the Sponsor Projects Application Form. (See attachment file 2)
      Note: Please refer to the Template 9-15 after logging into the NTU EDMS.
2. The official payment-request documents for sponsored projects should also be processed electronically.
   Note: Please refer to the Template 9-1, 9-2 or 9-14 after logging into the NTU EDMS.
3. Due to any budget virements or changes that required approval from NSTC, please scan and email the application form generated from NSTC’s website to the Division of Research Project Affairs personnel accordingly after the principal investigator and the chairs of the executive department/institute have affixed their signatures or seals.

Regarding the second page of the “Declaration of Conflict of Interest Form” or “Sponsor Projects Application Form” where the signature field is unsigned by the principal investigator, it will be acceptable to email the corrected photocopy to the Division of Industry Collaboration Resources personnel accordingly as temporary workaround. The authentic hard copy should be submitted to the division for archiving via the official documents exchange.
