1. The reporting party must submit an Anonymous Report Form to the Administration Center offering details of the case and the parties involved, descriptive evidence, place and time.

2. After confirmation, the Administration Center will direct the Committee to convene and appoint a committee member to investigate. The subordinate entities of the reported party will be notified to comply with the investigation.

The subordinate entities of the reported party involved in the case shall submit a report to the Committee and inform on their handling of the reported party.
