2. Revisiting NTU's Laboratory Animal Application Requirements:

When applying for an animal experimentation project, if Risk Level 1 infectious biological materials are used (such as vectors, genetic recombination, etc.), please check the "Use of Biological Hazards" option on the application form and apply for approval documents to the Environmental Protection & Occupational Safety & Health Center (e.g. Application for the Use of Genetic Recombination, Approval of Biosafety Materials, etc.). Please provide the approval documents before completion of the project review, or the use consent form shall not be issued. In the case of questionable biological materials, please consult the Environmental Protection & Occupational Safety & Health Center.
