Course content of the NTU CITI PROGRAM group and Animal Care and Use (ACU) has been updated in accordance with the 78th Resolutions of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), with numerous animal species added. The course description and guidelines are as follows:
Description:
1. CITI PROGRAM course candidates: students or research fellows participating in projects or courses which involve animal use.
2. The course shall be divided into 6 groups depending on the categories of students.
3. Trainees must complete the Working with the IACUC and Animal-Specific Courses.
After completing the CTI course materials online, please carefully read the Animal Subject Protection Methods
Print a copy of the CITI grade score sheet, and in the blank space write "I've already carefully read and signed the Animal Subject Protection Methods".
Submit the certificate to the Research Ethics Office and the training course is completed.
4. Course guidelines enter into effect on the day of announcement.
