The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is now accepting online applications for the 2025 NSTC Outstanding Research Award.

Applicants shall apply through NSTC Outstanding Research Award online operating system in accordance with the NSTC's operation guidelines for the award.

The deadline of submission is 5pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Please be aware that late submissions will not be accepted.

Applicants are advised to complete the online application at the earliest opportunity.

 
All departments/institutes shall compile a list of applications, and verify the successful upload of all applications. 

**The award applicants of the NSTC Department of Engineering and Technology are required to submit the "Performance Table of Research Achievements for Outstanding Research Award Applicants in the Department of Engineering and Technologies, NSTC"(工程處傑出研究獎申請人研究成果績效表) to the handlers of Division of Research Project Affairs(RPA) by Thursday, July 24, 2025,  in order to speed up the application process time.**

Also, departments/institutes are expected to actively encourage eligible faculty to apply for the award, as well as to check the applicant's qualifications and the accuracy of the application information during the consolidation process.

At last, please send the list of applications to the Division of Research Project Affairs (RPA) by 12pm on Monday, August 5, 2025, so that the university may submit all received applications to the NSTC as scheduled.
