1. Scheduled meetings in 2024 are expected to be in: March, May, November, and December. Each research center shall send application documents to the Office of Research and Development two weeks prior to the meeting dates if proposals are to be made.
2. Mar. 28, 2018 Supplementary Resolution of the Meeting: The List of Recommended External Reviewers of Academic Publications submitted for the New Appointment of Research Fellow for the University's University-Level Research Center shall hereafter be approved by the Committee. After the external review process is completed by the center, relevant documents shall be submitted to the Committee for evaluation.
3. June 21, 2018 Resolution of the Meeting: If a retired professor of NTU is newly appointed as a project research fellow by the University-Level Research Center, the to-be-appointed shall provide achievements of past research and industrial-academic cooperation for the Committee to evaluate. If the resolution being adopted requires external reviewers, the to-be-appointed shall request the Center to handle external review matters and submit the result for the Committee to reevaluate.

1. In accordance with Article V of the Guidelines Governing the Establishment of National Taiwan University Research Fellow Evaluation Committee of University-Level Research Center, each research center shall, based on requirements of their respective disciplines, stipulate rules of evaluation relevant to the three aspects: teaching, research and service, and enforce these rules after being approved by the Faculty Evaluation Committee of the Research Center, the Committee and the administrative meeting.
2. Applicants who apply for new appointments or promotion shall undergo published academic writing reviews (by external reviewers). The case shall be submitted to a panel of at least three specialists or scholars, with seniority higher than that of the applicant. The Publications Review Feedback Form for Professors shall be filled out by each reviewer. Each research center shall submit the List of Recommended External Reviewers of Academic Publications for the Committee to evaluate prior to the review process.
