I. Application and procedure by the NTU Directives in Promoting Academic Research in Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences.

II, Application Process：

1. Prepare the Performance Recommendation Form, CV, Published List in the past three years, the project and plan for the period of teaching hours reduction...etc. The official document is examined by the department, college, ORD, Personnel Department, and Office of the Secretariat and authorized by the vice president.

2. The authorized official document must be provided to ORD to notify the related offices.
