The NTU Outstanding Scholarly Publications Award has been established to commend faculty and researchers who have produced outstanding scholarly publications, engaged in fundamental or applied research over an extended period, and enhanced the University's academic research standards and international academic status.

1. Is a quota-based full-time University faculty member or research fellow.
2. Does not hold Distinguished Professor status as defined in Article 2, Subparagraphs 1–4 of the National Taiwan University Directives for Appointing Distinguished Professors and Implementing Their Differential Pay. 
3. Holds an outstanding scholarly record and demonstrated research achievements.

According to the schedule announced by the Office of Research and Development, all colleges (centers) are required to submit their recommendation lists, application documents, review criteria, and meeting minutes to the Office of Research and Development by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
