Kindly send electronic application files to the center's public mailbox at ordre@ntu.edu.tw.

Please ensure to include the following subject line in your email to prevent any oversight by the center:

For new applications: [New Application Electronic File] Department_Unit_Project Leader's Name

For subsequent cases (changes/continuations/closures/withdrawals): [Change/Continuation/Closure/Withdrawal Electronic File] Case Number_Project Leader's Name

Please note that hard copies of documents with signatures should still be sent to the center.
