Nano-Electro-Mechanical Systems (NEMS) Research Center focuses on integrating advanced system technologies with cutting-edge semiconductor processes to drive technological innovation across various industries including information technology, communications, semiconductors, and biomedical engineering. The NEMS Research Center closely collaborates with academia, research institutions, and industry partners to actively advance NEMS and semiconductor process research and applications. Moving forward, it aims to establish itself as a key global hub for NEMS and semiconductor technology, further strengthening Taiwan’s competitiveness.
