To enhance teaching quality and foster a positive learning environment, NTU implements the Teaching Practice Incubation Program, encouraging faculty members to conduct small-scale teaching experiments to evaluate the feasibility of innovative teaching methods. The program embraces diverse and creative themes, inspiring educators to explore emerging educational technologies, interdisciplinary teaching models, and forward-looking course designs. Through innovative teaching practices, the program establishes the foundation for large-scale curriculum reforms while utilizing data analysis and student feedback to continuously refine and optimize teaching strategies. Furthermore, NTU encourages faculty members to leverage the outcomes of this program as a foundation to apply for the Ministry of Education's Teaching Practice Research, with the aim of continuously enhancing course quality and improving student learning outcomes.
