NTU actively encourages students to explore the workplace through Career Immersion opportunities, helping them prepare for their career paths and develop a clear sense of career planning while still in school. By gaining early exposure to workplace culture, students can enhance their employability and competitiveness.
The Career Center collaborates with industry partners to cultivate future talents through the Interdisciplinary Career Immersion – Mentorship Program. Participating companies provide Career Immersion opportunities open to all majors and assign experienced corporate mentors to guide students. Those who pass the selection process will intern at the company, where they will undergo cross-disciplinary learning and hands-on training to strengthen their career readiness.
