The aforementioned bilateral collaborative research programme will follow a two-stage application process:

Stage 1: submission of a pre-proposal

In stage 1, both principal investigators from Taiwan and from France shall register in the ANR online system (https://iris.anr.f/en/login) within the specified timeframe and submit a pre-proposal (proposed by the principal investigator from France and discussed with the principal investigator from Taiwan).

Stage 2: submission of a full proposal (only if the pre-proposal is invited to participate in stage 2)
