一、Technology:Here, we report a new class of biobased PIs, designed by monomers derived from bio-resources, as the substrates or dielectrics for flexible organic field-effect transistor (OFET), which possess high glass transition temperature (>250oC)、low coefficient of thermal expansion(<50 ppm/K)、low water absorption (<0.1%) 、suitable dielectric properties (dielectric constant is around 2.8 to 2.9, dissipation factor is less than 0.007) and good mechanical properties (ultra tensile strength >100 MPa, Young’s modulus > 3.0).
