(Exclusive License) Technology Transfer Enterprise Selection Announcement – Polyimide-Based copolymer and electronics and field-Effect transistor comprising the same

一、TechnologyHere, we report a new class of biobased PIs, designed by monomers derived from bio-resources, as the substrates or dielectrics for flexible organic field-effect transistor (OFET),  which possess high glass transition temperature (>250oC)、low coefficient of thermal expansion(<50 ppm/K)、low water absorption (<0.1%) 、suitable dielectric properties (dielectric constant is around 2.8 to 2.9, dissipation factor is less than 0.007) and good mechanical properties (ultra tensile strength >100 MPa, Young’s modulus > 3.0).

2. Required Technical Know-howchemical and polymer synthetic methodology, standing film preparation and processing

3. Required Machinery and Equipmentsynthetic reaction equipment, precision coating and film making equipment (e.g. spin coater, vacuum oven)

4. Required Research or Technical Staffchemical synthesis and identification personnel, polymer synthesis personnel, membrane material preparation and processing technical personnel

5. Other RequirementsNo specific restrictions

 

The university's regulations relevant to technology transfer shall be complied with for matters not aforementioned.
