3、Enterprise Eligibility:
(1)Industry Category:medical diagnostic reagents, precision medicine, biotechnology, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), data analysis and AI medical-related industries.
(2)Required Technical Know-how:
- Experience in product development and validation of in vitro diagnostic reagents
- Statistical models and AI algorithms for biomarker development in precision medicine (e.g., logistic regression, feature screening methods, etc.)
- Experience in commercialization and regulatory certification (TFDA / FDA) of medical devices or testing platforms
(3)Required Machinery and Equipment:
- High-end computing servers or cloud platform resources for bioinformatics analysis and AI training
- Dust-free laboratory, clinical sample processing and storage equipment
(4)Required Research or Technical Staff:
- R&D personnel familiar with in vitro diagnostic reagent development, quality control and product validation processes
- Researchers with background in bioinformatics, statistics, molecular medicine or neuroscience
- Technical specialists familiar with regulatory affairs and clinical trial design
(5)Other Requirements:
- Capable of technology licensing, co-development or technology investment cooperation
- Experience in developing and commercializing new testing platforms or diagnostic products is preferred
- Willing to cooperate with academic institutions in the long term and invest in clinical validation and market promotion are preferred
