4. Required Research or Technical Staff：Pump manufacturing, sales personnel, designers, biotech personnel, quality assurance personnel, processing personnel, and manufacturing personnel

5. Other Requirements：The capital of the manufacturer must be more than 10 million, and the number of employees must be more than 500. It has the following equipment manufacturing capabilities: deep well pumps, deep well motors, vertical/horizontal centrifugal pumps, oil/tank deep well motors, and industrial pumps

The university's regulations relevant to technology transfer shall be complied with for matters not aforementioned.
