3. Required Machinery and Equipment：vegetable and fruit packaging plant and cold storage equipment

4. Required Research or Technical Staff：professional technical personnel in the post-harvest processing of garden products

5. Other Requirements：No specific restrictions

The university's regulations relevant to technology transfer shall be complied with for matters not aforementioned.
