三、Enterprise Eligibility：

1. Industry Category: Medical Device maufacturing。

2. Required Technical Know-how：Designs in electrical curcuit, mechanucs and firmware。

3. Required Machinery and Equipment：Electrocardial graphic device and Oscilloscope, and ultrasonics etc.

4. Required Research or Technical Staff：Engineers especialized in electrical curcuit, mechanucs and firmware。

5. Other Requirements：best already has qualified  GMP plant in Taiwan。

The university's regulations relevant to technology transfer shall be complied with for matters not aforementioned.
